The IR TP 3100C is a very affordable camera with 84 Infrared LEDS to give you a 150FT range in total darkness. The IR TP 3100C has an AGC, BLC, and a day & night timer. The Electronic shutter speed can refresh at a rate from 1/60 to 1/100,000. It also controls the AGC and white balance for a clear picture. The 84 IRS give you a 0.0 lux during the night.
